The inter club leagues all came to an end in August. In the Elizabeth Collings the ladies finished third just 1 point behind the the team in second place winning the same amount of games as first and second. In the De Gruchy the men finished fourth having been third for most of the season by disappointly losing at home to St Brelades in the final game of the season and missing out by half a point. In the Le Marquand the ladies again came third, this time missing out by half a point to St Brelades blue team when again been second for most of the league. In the Morel the men dropped out of contention with 3 games to go and from a possible winning position ended up 5th in the league. The end of season dinner was held at the Red Rose Restaurant on Thursday 1st September which was well attended - well done to all those players who took part this year and hopefully we can upset a few teams next year. Many thanks to the captains Marianne Smith and Paul du Feu.
